The customer, a printer, in this case needed to feed large folders – in the maximum quantity allowed by the feeder warehouse – print a code, cover it with a label and finally collect the products in a manual stacker.
Everything was designed and completed using a single solution that included the FEEDER in the XL version, a labeling machine with a detachment blade 200 mm wide and a two-head inkjet technology printer, placed just before the labeling head.
The desire to load as many folders as possible in the warehouse was welcomed by Wide Range and solved promptly by adding an aluminum trolley equipped with rubber wheels on the back of the FEEDER. The rubber coating allowed the shiny and delicate folders not to get scratched. This was the most important point requested by the customer.
