One of the most fascinating projects concluded by Wide Range involved the introduction of the leaflet in a water bottle sold by an important brand present all over the world. In fact, it was not easy to find the right feeling to load such a small instruction sheet, pass it through the entire guide of the feeder and, finally, the most difficult step, insert it into the water bottle.
All this was possible thanks to the design of what our team then called “narrow beak” FEEDER, that is the final part of the equipment, which has become an invitation, made up of special guides and bearings, for the perfect introduction of the leaflet into the water bottle.
Customer satisfaction was such that, the first project was followed by two more and now there are three Wide Range FEEDERS installed on this fully automated line for the treatment of water bottles. Without a doubt it is now rightful to state that Wide Range no longer produces standard FEEDERS but, given the complexity of the projects, almost exclusively special and customized equipment come out from the Cusago site according to the most varied customer needs.
