WIDE RANGE has created a complete range of solutions which, by integrating the unwinder, the printer and the rewinder, create work units that guarantee perfect alignment and great working autonomy.
The control electronics detect the position of the dancer by reversing the rotation when the printer performs the back feed.
In essence, with this system it is possible to print labels quickly, without errors and in a totally automated way as well as wind them creating a collection reel.
The winders and rewinders of the RWR series are built for industrial use, robust, completely made of steel, equipped with a large support base for a stable connection to the printer.
They are available in different versions: 130 mm wide. or 230 mm. The expanding mandrel also allows you to use internal cores from 40 to 110 mm and to rewind coils with an external diameter of up to 300 mm.
An effective system for detecting the position of the dancer allows the speed of the printer to be perfectly followed, avoiding jerks or continuous stops that could compromise the printing. You can rewind in both directions (clockwise or counterclockwise) and select the maximum speed. It does not require any separate power supply. Finally, the control electronics also allows you to stop the rotation of the motor, when the reel is finished or in the event of paper breakage, signaling the anomaly with an acoustic signal.
