In the cosmetics industry, packaging and in particular the label play a decisive role. The appearance and therefore the finish of the product are fundamental.
The labels applied to cosmetic bottles, jars and dispensers must not only be aesthetically pleasing but meet increasingly stringent regulatory requirements, all while avoiding altering the design of the labels.
Most labels must also resist water, oil and other ingredients used in the product, while always maintaining adhesiveness and readability.
Once the perfect label has been created, where automatic industrial labeling machines cannot be used for label application, a semi-automatic benchtop labeling machine such as the DWR-ROUND by WIDE RANGE can be used.
The DWR ROUND is a semi-automatic labeling machine for the application of self-adhesive labels on cylindrical products. Available in the version with a maximum label width of 200 millimeters and equipped with a reel holder that accepts reels with a maximum diameter of 300 millimeters guaranteeing great working autonomy.
The electronics are developed on a single board made with SMD technology. It uses a 16 Bit microprocessor. The user interface is via a two-line 20-character LCD display and 7 function keys. The software allows you to store up to 40 different work programs by inserting all the label and type of application information into the program, making format change extremely quick.
