Customers often offer the opportunity to improve themselves and invent new projects. In this case, the request was presented in the form of cylindrical tubes for cosmetic creams. So far nothing new. However, the product was empty and had to be labeled with a register label.

 

In order to be able to apply a register label, a special sensor was positioned outside the labeling machine, so that the notch on the product was easily identified, to start labeling. To allow the application of the label on an empty product, a special cap has been built to be inserted into one end of the tube while the other end already contained the final cap.

 

DWR ROUND thus proves once again to be a labeler very versatile and reliable capable of solving apparently difficult projects.
