The Wide Range solution for the sports sector
One of the most fascinating projects concluded by Wide Range concerned the introduction of the leaflet in a water bottle for sale by an important brand present throughout the world. In fact, it wasn’t easy to find the right feeling to leaf through such a small instruction leaflet, pass it through the entire guide of the feeder and, finally, the most difficult step, insert it into the water bottle.
All this was possible thanks to the design of what our team then called the « narrow spout » FEEDER, i.e. the final part of the sheet feeder, which became an invitation, made up of special guides and bearings, for the perfect introduction of the sheet of paper in the water bottle.
The customer’s satisfaction was such that the first project was followed by two others and now there are three Wide Range FEEDERs present on this fully automated line for the treatment of water bottles. Without a doubt, it is now legitimate to say that Wide Range no longer produces standard FEEDER but, given the complexity of the projects, the Cusago site produces almost exclusively special and customized equipment according to the most varied customer needs.
